请大神支招 我4月19日在美亚马逊买了一只电动牙刷，写的估计4月25日发货，5月2日到货。

但是直到现在5月18日了状态还是显示的是 Preparing for Shipment 而且没有运单号 请问怎么回事？该怎么办？ 不是很懂英文，请大神支招，谢谢
