招行AE、全币种、光大和建行的VISA双币都不行，换了朋友的卡也不行，换了账号换了转运也不行。都提示Credit card declined (481): Your order could not be submitted. Please review your payment settings try again. If you continue to experience issues, please contact Customer Service at 877-333-0117. Thank you for your patience!
